This life I call my own is not,
but a glamor of death and rot.
You think me kind just and fair,
the truth is I don't even care.
When I am gone and in my grave,
don't mourn for me i couldn't be saved.

such beauty in a tiny face,
should be fringed with gold and feather lace.
within it a smile to melt stone hearts to water,
and eyes that turn men to nothing more than cannon fauder.
with lips that make this seem surreal,
they make it hard not to want there satin feel.
a vision of beauty sitting there,
and i the pray caught in this beautys snare.

One I Love...

She walks in beauty, like the night,
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that's best of dark and light,
Meet in the aspect of her eyes;
Thus mellowed to that tender light,
Which heaven to guady day denies.

One shade the more, one ray the less
had half impair'd the nameless grace,
which waves in every raven tress,
Or softly lighten o'er her face;
Where thoughts serverly sweet express
How pure, how dear, there dwelling-place.

And on that cheek. and o'er that brow,
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent.

My eyes were waiting,
When you said you'd come..
Each breath of mine
Felt the nearing heaven.

The strings of my heart hummed,
With the slightest of sound.
I opened the door and
Was looking around..

Then someone touched me from behind,
I wished it was you..
But what i saw instead,
Was my scariest view..

There stood them all
With their hats in their hands..
Pointing the respect,
Their heads slowly sank.

I didn't know what to say.
I just remembered your words.
You asked me to wait!
You said you'll come!

I was spending my life in tears
With sleepless nights..
Protecting myself away
From the conflicts inside..

Then i learned about your love
When i fell on the bed..
You came into my dream,
To keep those words you said!

The moon and sun have lost their shine
the night stars are no longer mine
the world I once had on a string
are now among my precious lost things
the telephone no longer rings
his favorite song I no longer sing
his favorite dress that I use to wear
reminds me that he no longer cares
his coffee cup up on the sink
only makes me stop and think
of all the times and wines we shared
while building dreams out in the great somewhere
our walks and talks upon the beach
with those dreams just slightly out of reach
believing our love was strong and true
never wanting any man but you
but now someones dreams have withered and died
there will be no more sandcastles in the sky
that breathless feeling is no longer there
or the thrill of a kiss that once was
shared
gone is the lovelight from the eyes
